Property Rights.

The design elements for the project remain the property of the designer. Fishbone Web Design retains the right to use both printed and online samples for promotional use, even if the client chooses to terminate the website at anytime in the future.

Rights.

Other than for the designers promotional use, all services and designs provided by Fishbone Web Design shall be for the exclusive use of the clients said purposes only. Designs may not be used for other promotional items, website or printed materials without permission.

Authorship Credit.

Fishbone Web Design shall have the right to include a byline establishing authorship credit and live link to it's website on the bottom of each page or in any publication of the design by the Client.

Copyright to Web Pages.

Copyright to the finished assembled work of Web pages produced by Fishbone Web Design is owned by Fishbone Web Design. Upon final payment, the CLIENT is assigned rights to use as a website the design, graphics, and text contained in the finished assembled website.

Rights to photos, graphics, source code, work-up files, and computer programs are specifically not transferred to the CLIENT, and remain the property of their respective owners. Fishbone Web Design and its subcontractors retain the right to display graphics and other Web design elements as examples of their work in their respective portfolios.
